Corpus Christi Athletic Club has an indoor cycling room that is equipped with over 30 stationary bikes. Our gym members enjoy pedaling through sprints, climbs and jumps to experience a powerful cardio workout. All fitness levels are welcome! Climb on and experience the ride of your life!
Cycling Classes at The Corpus Christi Athletic Club

Road Ride Cycling Class
Taking stationary cycling to a whole new dimension by adding great music, a motivational instructor and a group exercise setting. Beginner to intermediate level. Bring a friend and have fun!
Road Ride cycling class duration: 45 minutes

RPM Cycling Class
A 50-minute, Les Mills RPM® indoor cycling class based on the feel of outdoor riding. Ride to inspirational music over the equivalent of 20–25 kilometers of varied terrain, controlling the intensity of your workout with a resistance dial and pedal speed.
RPM cycling class duration: 50 minutes

Sprint Cycling Class
A HIIT class utilizing a bike for speed /power and endurance training.
Sprint cycling class duration: 30 minutes
Cycling Class Etiquette
Arrive on Time
If you’re new to indoor cycling or RPM, aim to arrive a few minutes early. This gives you a chance to introduce yourself to the instructor, get comfortable with your bike setup, and learn what to expect during the class.
Respect Class Transition Times
Please wait until the current class has fully finished before entering the studio. Allowing each session to end without interruption helps maintain a focused and respectful environment for all participants.
Fair Use of Bikes
To ensure everyone has a fair chance to ride, please avoid reserving bikes with towels or personal items. Also, we kindly ask that members refrain from taking back-to-back classes unless space allows. Let’s share the ride!
Stay Present and Courteous
Our instructors work hard to start and finish on time. To support a smooth class experience, minimize distractions—silence your phone and save conversations for after class.
Clean Up After Class
After your ride, please take a moment to wipe down your bike and reset the seat and handlebars to their lowest position. This small step makes a big difference for the next rider.
