These classes are for girls and boys with a curriculum based on foundational concepts in learning by physical and mental experience via gymnastics movement. Physically, students learn body awareness, coordination, strength and flexibility to further their overall wellness and enable them to overcome attainable personal challenges to further their gymnastics skills. These students learn self discipline, build self confidence and self esteem. The USA Gymnastics Level 1-3 Skill List is used to track their gymnastics development and accomplishments. Recommendations to move from one level to the next are made by the staff.
A fun and safe introduction to gymnastics skills and apparatus. Gymnasts improve their balance, flexibility, locomotive and social skills through physical activity and play. Semester skill sheets and achievement cards are documented to monitor the progression of skills from the beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels. Recommendations to move from one level to the next are made by the staff. Instruction will be given on the vault, bars, beam, floor & trampoline. 3-4 yrs (45 min)
For Intermediate Children able to handle more skilled oriented program focused on technique. 4-6 yrs (1hr)
Girls 1, 2 & 3(1 hr)
6-12 yrs: USA Gymnastics Level 1-3 Skills on vault, bars, beam, floor and tumble trak.
Boys 1 (1 hr)
6-12 yrs: USA Gymnastics Level 1-3 Skills on vault, high bar, parallel bars, and tumble trak.

Program designed to provide instruction in beginning, intermediate and advanced levels of floor/ tumbling skills while on floor and tumble trak (trampoline) only. Students will be evaluated for placement and admittance to the next level.
Beginning Tumbling (1 hr)
5-12 yrs: This class is designed for those kids who are interested in learning only floor / tumbling skills and have little or no experience.
Intermediate Tumbling (1 hr)
7-12 yrs: This class is designed for those kids who are interested in increasing their floor / tumbling skills. Students must be able to do a back bend kick-over or a back walk-over prior to admittance to this level.
Advanced Tumbling (1 hr)
12+ yrs: This class is designed for those who can do a round off to back handspring on their own, and are interested in learning and improving more advanced tumbling skills.
